Honorable Recipients,

On December 28, 2014, I was involved in an auto-mobile in which I was almost killed.

Within a week I retained a lawyer by the name of David Lister . He came to my house and determined he would handle the case. He told me to attend physical therapy sessions. He even told me where to go for the sessions. I attended therapy about 4 days of the week, until the office told me the sessions were at an end. The sessions lasted about three or four months.

During the month of March, Lister asked me to send him any bills that were related to the accident, which I did. I do not know if those bills were paid or not. Why would he ask me for the bills after three months, then I not hear from him, and then when I called him, when the therapy sessions were over, he said there was nothing he could do.

When the therapy sessions ended I did not hear from David Lister. As a consequence, on May 12, 1015,   I called his place of business, at which time I got to speak to him. He informed me that I would not receive any type of compensation.

I find it incredulous that after five months, he could not contact me, that I had to contact him to be informed that he could not help me. Was this a conspiracy?

As some of you know I have complained about how badly I have been treated by the Republican party dating back to Ronald Reagan, and including John Ellis (Jeb) Bush (U.S. District Court; Southern District of Florida: 11-24654-CV-Martinez/MCAliley), and how Jeb Bush and the Republican party have discriminated against FAMU because I attended, and they have tried to destroy me. I elaborated about this in my law suits against the U.S. Government. In each case, one such case (U.S. District Court; Southern District of Florida: 11-22654-CV-Martinez/MCCALILEY) the Republican party and Jeb Bush got the judge to dismiss the case on the grounds that my case was frivolous. They consider my civil rights and human rights frivolous . They have denied me the right to have my case as a plaintiff heard. It's a violation of my first amendment rights and my fourteenth amendment rights.

I find it incredulous that five months after the accident, Lister could not contact me, that I had to contact him to be informed that he could not help me receive compensation. Was this a case of profiling?

At one point he even told me to send him any bills that I received. I sent him a couple of bills, and now at this point I don't know if the bills were paid or not.

How much did he get paid? How much did CitiMed get paid. He never said.

As a result of the accident I have a facial fracture, and a fractured orbit . I also have neck pain, and occasional back pain.

It seems he did not try to get compensation for me from the other driver.

In conclusion, my main point of contention is that after three months of therapy and retention, David Lister did not contact me. I contacted him, and he informed me that he could not do anything for me.
