Petition for Justice

I, Frederick Bryant, petition the court to issue justice.

•  The State of Florida (Katherine Fernandez Rundle), claims that I, Frederick Bryant, owe arrears of $15,181.25 for the period of June 30, 2009 through June of 2010.

Such a claim is totally false on two counts.

•  The state of Florida andKatherine Fernandez Rundle claim that I, Frederick Bryant, made payments up to June 30, 2009.

I made payments up to approximately November 30, 2009; In total payments, paying approximately $4,000 more than was ordered.

Deductions were taken directly out of my check. I did not stop the payments, the petitioners(Joy and the State of Florida) stopped the payments.

•  The amount of arrears, that the state claims would be owed is absurd. From November, 2009 to June, 2010, would not amount to $15,181.25.

The state of Florida and Katherine Fernandez Rundle is also submitting documents that are no longer relevant to the case.

•  Katherine Fernandez Rundle submitted pay stubs, which are irrevelent because Joy no longer has that employment.

•  Joy was recently unemployed and moved to Jacksonville to live with her husband, at least she told me she was married. If she is, I am happy for her. I wish she could get on with her life.

I am now the custodial parent.

Joy with the aid of the state of Florida and Katherine Fernandez Rundle wants me to support her and her husband.

It's as if Joy depends on me. She can not let me go. My daughter is now 19. Let it go.

And the state of Florida(Republican Party), and Katherine Fernandez-Rundle is using her to oppress, and depress me.

Joy and I were never married, but it is as if the state of Florida is trying to get me to pay alimony.

Such an occurrence would be a violation of my human rights, and my civil rights.

I make this request to Joy: Let me go. Take a walk of faith. Try to live without me.

To Katherine Fernandez Rundle and the state of Florida: unchain me.

At this moment, it is Thursday, October 21,2010, 3:11 a.m. My court appoint is at 8:30 a.m. this morning. I had to take two days off for this court day. It's amazing, Katherine Fernandez Rundle wants me to pay alimony, although I've never been married. Last school year, I did not miss any days from work.. And I had not been absent from work this school year - which has been in session for approximately 45 days - until now for this case. As a result of the state of Florida and Katherine Fernandez-Rundle, I am now missing two days from work. How ironic. Rundle and the state of Florida claim they want me to work to pay child support, then they force me to miss two days, one for preparation another for court. Since Rundle and the State is forcing me to take a day off, the State should make it a payed absence, just as is done with jury duty.

I, Frederick Bryant, pray that the court not grant a $15,181.25 judgment against me. It would be unjust, and unrighteous.

Wherefore, I, Frederick Bryant, request that this case be dismissed.
