Response

Comes now, Frederick Bryant, within 20 days of receipt of the summons that was served upon him, to contest the accusation of Beneficial Florida, Inc., and its representatives; Stanley B. Erskine, and or Andrew D. Fleisher, of the Law firm of Erskine & Fleisher.

Frederick Bryant hopes that he receives “ due process ”, and will be able to present his case in court.

Frederick, is the victim in this case; a victim of “ predatory lending practices ”, and would like to have his day in court.

Frederick Bryant, asks that this Honorable Court dismisses this case, or at least give Frederick his right to
“due process”, and his opportunity to be heard in a court of law.

I, Frederick Bryant, am also requesting an investigation into the lending practices of; Beneficial Florida Inc.
